Four steps: conversation, plan, build, preview. After each one you know what was made and what comes next. The word "done" is used when the project has passed nine quality gates, and it means the same thing every time.

Conversation
We ask what should change in your company: which problem we are solving, for whom, and how we will know it worked. We sit down to code after this conversation.

Plan
We write down the scope, the order of work and the way of building. You get a plan to read, and we do not move anything until you accept it.

Build
We work in small pieces. Tests are written together with the code, so we catch defects along the way, when a fix costs a few minutes.

Preview
After every finished part we send a link to a preview. You click, look and write your comments. You see the progress as it happens.
Nine gates that every project must pass.
If a gate does not fit the job, we say so plainly and record it in a note. We do not drop the rest.

Accessibility
The WCAG 2.2 AA standard: operation with the keyboard alone, visible focus, sufficient contrast, image descriptions for screen readers.

SEO and visibility
Every page with its own title and description, a sitemap for Google, nothing blocking indexing. Content arranged so that AI chats can cite it too.

Security
An encrypted connection, a full set of protective headers, passwords and keys kept outside the code, a limit on form submissions, a review against typical attacks.

Compliance (GDPR)
Tracking scripts start only after consent in a banner. A privacy policy and terms written for your company, without buttons that nudge you.

Code quality
Tests check single functions and whole paths clicked through by a user. Nothing goes live until they all pass.

AI quality
We query the model with a set of real questions and measure accuracy. It must answer from your materials, and wait for a person's approval before saving data.

Launch and handover
Before the start we go through a checklist. Then training, documentation and handover of access. We agree care and the rights to the project in writing.

Communication and tone
We write texts the way you talk to a customer at the table. Concrete numbers, no empty guarantees or promises of the first place on Google.
