How to tell it is time for your own application
The signs are usually similar. The same spreadsheet circulates by email in five versions. Someone retypes data from one system into another. Customers call with questions that a panel with access to orders could answer. A salesperson leaves and takes the knowledge about customers with them, because it was never written down.
Ready-made software sometimes does the job. But if your process is even slightly unusual, adapting the company to someone else's software costs more nerves than building your own tool.
How the build works and what it costs
We start with the process, then build in stages, and after each stage you get a working version to test on real data. You get the price and the stages in writing before we start. At the end we hand over the code, access and documentation.
Simple tools are cheaper: a calculator from PLN 990, a client panel from PLN 3,990, a CRM from PLN 6,290, a SaaS MVP from PLN 17,900. Applications built from scratch start from PLN 6,990.

How much does a web application cost?
The range is wide, because an application can mean a simple offer generator or a system running the whole company. The "from" prices for each type are in our price list, and we prepare the exact quote after learning your process. Net prices.
Will the application work on a phone?
Yes. Everything we build works in the browser on a computer and a phone. In most companies that is enough and avoids the cost of a separate mobile app. If you need a native app for iOS and Android, see our mobile apps.
What if I need new features in a year?
We add them to the existing application. The code is written so it can be developed, and you get full rights to it. You are not dependent on us.
I already have a system, but I want to connect it to something new. Can it be done?
Usually yes. Connecting systems is a separate pillar of our offer (integrations). Before we propose building something from scratch, we check whether it would be cheaper to connect what you already have.
