What an AI agent can do and what we do not allow
An agent handles the repetitive part of the work: a first answer, sorting, retyping data. Decisions and hard cases stay with people, and we design it that way. Every data write can require a person's approval, and every agent has written limits of authority.
We do not let an agent negotiate prices, make promises on your behalf or answer from outside the materials you gave it. When it does not know, it says so and passes the matter on.

Will an AI agent make up answers?
It is the most common worry, and rightly, because badly deployed AI can invent things. So our agents answer only from your materials, and when they do not know, they say so and pass the matter to a person. We test this before launch.
How much does deploying an AI agent cost?
It depends on the process. A simple agent answering from a knowledge base is a different scale from one handling complaints across several systems. The "from" prices are in the price list, and we quote after learning the process. On top comes the cost of model requests, which we calculate in advance.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Yes, if deployed properly. We set up data processing so that customer data is not used to train public models, and we document it for your GDPR records.
Will an agent replace an employee?
Rather it will relieve them than replace them. An agent copes well with the repetitive part of the work. Decisions and hard cases stay with people, and we design it that way.
