We design the agent from the ground up. We connect it to your tools and sources of knowledge, and we write down what it may do on its own and what needs a person's approval. Before launch we run it through a set of tests, so we know its quality from measurements, not from impressions.

How do you measure the quality of an agent?
We build a set of test cases from your process and check the agent on them before launch and after every change. In addition the agent answers only from the connected sources and shows where it took the information from. That greatly limits the risk that it makes something up.
