How we build a custom application
We start with a conversation about the process, not the features: who uses the application, what data is in it, what takes the most time today. From that comes the scope of the first version, the smallest set of features that already saves time. You get the price and the stages in writing before we start.
We build in stages, and after each one you get a working version to test on real data. That way corrections surface during the work, not after handover. At the end we hand over the code, access and documentation, so you can develop the application with us or with another team.
When a custom application does not pay off
When a ready-made subscription tool handles most of what you need and the missing parts can be worked around. When the process changes every month and nobody in the company can describe it. Then we advise a ready-made tool, and we write about approximate costs in our guide to web application prices.
Why an individual quote?
Because "custom" means something different every time. After a conversation about the problem and the scope we give a concrete price range and a plan of stages. No guessing in the dark.
How much does a custom web application cost?
Applications built from scratch start from PLN 6,990. Simpler tools cost less: a calculator from PLN 990, a client panel from PLN 3,990, a CRM from PLN 6,290. We give the concrete range after a conversation about the process, the number of user roles and integrations.
How long does it take?
Custom applications take from a few weeks upwards, depending on scope. We work in stages, so you use the first features before we finish the whole. A schedule with the dates of the stages is part of the quote.
